Camper Applications

In order to provide the best possible care and experience for your camper, we need you to complete the Camper Application Form in its entirety, as well as the Teacher Report Form.

Camp Sue Osborn applications for Day Camp, Alumni Camp and Residence Camp for the summer of 2024 are available!

The requirements for camp are different from last year, so please look over this list.

• If you are requesting a campership, please fill out the below form prior to applying.  We will contact you with a discount code if selected.  All campership forms are due by May 24th. 

• If an agency will be paying for camp, please contact the camp director for a code prior to applying.

• We strive to provide the best experience for all campers, so please note that our ability to accommodate all applicants is dependent upon our staffing for the camp session.  

• Cost: 

  Day Camp: $290

  Residence Camp: $320

  Both Day and Res.: $575 

  Alumni: $255

  Please note that due to the increase in our cost, the price of camp has increased. We will continue to offer camperships to help families that need assistance.

• Applications are due May 27th to ensure we have adequate time to plan for camp.  Make sure you have your applications in by that date!
